Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring that using software that interacts with Valorant does not violate any law that applies to you.

You represent that you are not purchasing on behalf of Riot Games, Inc., any anti-cheat vendor, any government investigator, or any party seeking to reverse-engineer, analyse, block or disrupt the service.

Your subscription grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and run the VCH Valorant cheat on one computer at a time during the subscription period. The licence ends automatically when the subscription expires, when you violate these Terms, or when we notify you of termination.

You may not share, lease, resell, sublicense or redistribute the loader or any keys. Each key is locked to the first hardware profile that activates it.

You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the loader or its payloads; (b) chain the service with public cheats or screen recorders that leak our signatures; (c) stream gameplay that prominently displays our overlays to the general public; (d) use the service to harass, dox or grief other players; (e) resell access or run a paid "carry" business using our product without a separate commercial agreement.

Breach of this clause voids the subscription without refund and may result in permanent blacklisting of the payment identity, IP range and hardware profile.

Checkout is operated by our main store at mitamers.com. That store’s terms apply to pricing, currency conversion, taxes and payment processing. Subscriptions are delivered as activation keys; automatic renewal is off by default.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team are treated as fraud and result in permanent account blacklisting. See our Refund Policy for the approved refund and compensation path.

The VCH loader, payloads, website copy, schemas, documentation and all associated content are the intellectual property of the operator of valorant-cheats.com. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of the foregoing to you.

"Valorant", "VALORANT" and all Riot marks are property of Riot Games, Inc. Our use of those marks on this site is nominative fair use strictly for identification.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Riot patch will be covered within a specific time window.

Anti-cheat detection is an arms race. No cheat on earth can guarantee zero-ban outcomes. We promise rapid response and professional engineering; we do not promise immortality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost ranked progress, cosmetic skins, account value or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or for abusive conduct toward our staff. Upon termination, your licence ends and any unused subscription time may be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may revise these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the "last updated" date; continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
