Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure aggregate page views, country, device class and campaign source. Analytics data is pseudonymised and IP-truncated at Google’s end; cookies are set by Google.

Support conversations: When you contact us through WhatsApp or Discord, those platforms store the message metadata under their own privacy policies. We retain the message content in our CRM only while the ticket is active, then purge it within 90 days.

Purchase data: Checkout itself happens on mitamers.com. That store collects payment metadata (email, country, payment method summary) under its own privacy policy. valorant-cheats.com receives only the subscription key — no card data ever touches this portal.

We rely on: (a) legitimate interest for fraud prevention and aggregate analytics; (b) contract for processing your subscription; (c) consent (through your browser cookie banner, where applicable) for non-essential analytics.

Analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics default), then auto-delete.

Support tickets: up to 90 days after ticket closure.

Subscription records (in main store): duration of active subscription plus 2 years for tax and chargeback windows.

We share data only with: (a) Google (analytics, ads measurement); (b) Cloudflare (edge CDN and bot protection); (c) the main store (mitamers.com) for order fulfilment; (d) legal authorities when we have a valid, binding order in the operator’s jurisdiction.

We do not sell personal data. We have never sold personal data. We will never sell personal data.

Essential cookies (e.g. CDN routing, CSRF tokens) are always set. Non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, marketing pixels) are loaded through Google Tag Manager and respect Do Not Track / GPC signals.

You have the right to (a) access the data we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion; (c) restrict or object to processing; (d) data portability; (e) withdraw consent at any time; (f) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp or Discord (links on the home page) from an account we can link to your subscription. We respond within 30 days.

Google servers may be located outside your country. Where required (EU→US), Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. We rely on the same mechanism for our own limited inter-region processing.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our service is not intended for minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the conversation.

Privacy questions go to the same support channels as any other support request — WhatsApp or Discord. Include the word "privacy" in your message so we can route you to the right operator.
